2011 - 12 Practice Night Schedule

Rhiwbina Floral Society

The teacher for the Practice Nights sessions is Eileen Williams who has prepared the programme of practice classes for the coming year.

For the newer members and the less experienced the aim is to concentrate on the basic designs that once mastered can be adapted and used in many different contexts of flower arranging.

The more experienced and longer standing members of the society will be undertaking interpretive work.

There is no reason why members cannot swap from month to month (basic one month, interpretive the next or vice versa). The decision and choice will be left to the individual. In addition Floristry will be included in the Advanced classes in the 2011-12 programme and is open to anyone who is interested.

Available at each basic practice session will be some paper handouts (produced by NAFAS) that should be helpful and as a reference for future use.
